Geodatabase Design and Implementation

This workshop will build on the concepts and techniques introduced in "An Introduction to the Geodatabase". The workshop will explore the concepts behind building useful Geodatabases. In this workshop the participants will learn the techniques for establishing feature classes and topological relationships that make a Geodatabase successful. The workshop participants will design a database, implement feature classes, load, create and edit data within a Geodatabase framework. Operations and procedures specific to Geodatabase are addressed in hands on exercises addressing; set up of domains, establishing and working with topological relationships, building rules for relationship classes, setting coordinate domains, and a host of techniques essential to success with the Geodatabase.
